Esta causa est\u00e1 relacionada con una mala conducta del trabajador. Las razones son de tipo econ\u00f3mico, organizativo o de producci\u00f3n y quedan reguladas en &nbsp;el art\u00edculo 52 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores. \u00c9ste  &nbsp;<span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; background: 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline; text-size-adjust: 100%; font-weight: 700;\">despido del trabajador<\/span>&nbsp;no es causado por sus incumplimientos. El Estatuto de los Trabajadores establece diferentes causas que permiten a la empresa poner fin al contrato de trabajo, que son las siguientes: <\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; background-position: 0px 0px; font-size: 14px; text-size-adjust: 100%;\">Ineptitud del trabajador<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; background-position: 0px 0px; font-size: 14px; text-size-adjust: 100%;\">Falta de adaptaci\u00f3n del trabajador en caso de alguna modificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica o tecnol\u00f3gica en el trabajo<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; background-position: 0px 0px; font-size: 14px; text-size-adjust: 100%;\">Falta de asistencia al trabajo, sea o no justificada (excepto por el ejercicio de algunos derechos especialmente protegidos).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px; background-position: 0px 0px; font-size: 14px; text-size-adjust: 100%;\">Insuficiente consignaci\u00f3n presupuestaria p\u00fablica para programas y planes de entidades sin \u00e1nimo de lucro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; background: 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline; text-size-adjust: 100%; font-weight: 700;\">despido<\/span>&nbsp;se encuentra caracterizado porque debe avisarse por escrito con 15 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en la comunicaci\u00f3n del preaviso se dar\u00e1 al trabajador una indemnizaci\u00f3n de 20 d\u00edas de salario por a\u00f1o trabajado sin que pueda exceder de 2 mensualidades.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0px;
